Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days for domestic (U.S.) orders.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70.

2. Domestic Shipping Only At this time, OC NEXT WAVE ships to addresses within the United States only.

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? Once your gear has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier receives the package.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes If shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure you select Standard Shipping to ensure delivery via USPS.

5. Damaged or Lost Items OC NEXT WAVE is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
